Thomas F. Fudge Jr.
President & CEO

Mr. Fudge is a licensed professional mining engineer with almost 30 years of experience in mining engineering, operations and project development. He has a bachelor of science degree in mining engineering from Michigan Technological University and continuing education in rock mechanics, mine ventilation, project management, organizational development, managing of managers, and the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements. Currently, he is president and chief operating officer of Concentric Energy Corp., a development-stage uranium company whose primary asset is the Anderson mine in Yavapai county, Arizona. Prior to joining Concentric Energy, he was employed by Hecla Mining Company for almost 12 years, much of that time in the capacity of vice-president of operations and president of Hecla's Venezuelan subsidiaries. He has extensive experience in the Coeur d'Alene mining district, including more than three years at the Sunshine mine, located immediately to the east of the Crescent mine.

David Greenway
Vice President of Corporate Development


David Greenway joined SNS Silver Corp. in early 2006. His current role is as Vice President of Corporate Development. His extensive knowledge in the market area and his valuable contacts make Mr. Greenway a top addition to the SNS team. He was highly instrumental in the acquisition of The Crescent Mine in The Silver Valley in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

David Greenway studied at Nelson College on the tip of New Zealand’s South Island, later transferring to Poole College in Poole, England. He then attended Bournemouth University where he studied Accounting and Finance.

Ishiung Wu, Ph.D, MA
Director

Dr. Wu is the President of GreatWall Gold Corporation. He was a director of General Minerals, Trend Mining and High Plains Uranium. He has 35 years of experience in mineral exploration management and research. His Ph.D. research at Harvard involved the formation of high-grade silver occurrences including the significant ore types that have yielded the vast majority of silver production in The Silver Valley/Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Dr. Wu has written articles and studies on the subject. He was a Research Geochemist at Kennecott, now a division of Rio Tinto. He was previously the Country Manager for Chevron Exploration in Chile and has also worked in the mineral divisions in USA for Exxon and Chevron.

Michael Kuta
Director


Mr. Kuta has an HBA from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Kuta has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial and tax law, both in private practice and with public and private corporations. He is also General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Amerigo Resources Ltd., in the copper business in Chile, and Spur Ventures Inc., a company in the phosphate mining and fertilizer business in China.
