John Morgan Edwin Percival

Mr. Percival is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 45 years of experience in the financial markets, including 15 years as both investment manager and general manager of investments for Barclays Bank New Zealand Ltd. He has played an integral role in raising over $50-million for resource investments over the past five years in both Australia and New Zealand.
Currently, Mr. Percival is the executive director in charge of operations for Goldsearch Ltd. and a director of Silver Mines Ltd., both of which are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Additionally, Mr. Percival is on the board of a number of private investment companies, including Eaglehawk Ltd., a United States-based information technology company.
Norm Radford
Advisory Board Member
Mr. Radford, a 1955 graduate in geological engineering from the University Of Idaho College Of Mines, has extensive geological engineering, exploration and mining experience, particularly in the Coeur d'Alene mining district. For 16 years, Mr. Radford was senior mine geologist at the Bunker Hill mine -- immediately west of the Crescent mine -- and was the acting chief mine geologist for three years. Mr. Radford performed geologic and engineering work on the Crescent mine during the period of Bunker Hill Co. ownership.
Since 2002, Mr. Radford has been a board member of Idaho General Mines. Mr. Radford has also served as a board member of the Idaho State Board of Registration for Professional Geologists -- serving as board chairman for three years. Mr. Radford is a registered professional geologist in Idaho and a full member of the American Institute of Mining Engineers.
